Central Districts Field Days 2022 has been called off because of covid-19 event restrictions and the uncertainty of how long the Omicron variant will be active in the community.
A statement released by the CD Field Days organising team says although it considered postponement of the event that was scheduled for March 17-19 at Feilding’s Manfeild Park as a potential option, it could not confidently confirm a date in the current climate.
“Like us, we’re sure this isn’t the news you wanted to hear, as we know how highly anticipated and important this event is to the rural sector and its community,” they said.
“We’d like to acknowledge how much effort and time our exhibitors put into making this event a success, so we thank you for your ongoing support.
“We’re looking forward to planning a safe and sensational event in 2023 for our 30th year, one that we hope you will be a part of.
