GlobalDairyTrade changes index name

GlobalDairyTrade has simplified the name of its trade weighted index.  The GDT-TWI™ Price Index will now be known as the GDT Price Index.  The change was the result of a review undertaken by the GDT team to ensure that the index meet statistical best practice.
