Winner of the recent Silver Fern Farms Market Leader Award at the 2023 Beef+Lamb NZ Awards, Pearl Veal is an innovation story that covers the journey from an idea to the challenges of development, and to implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by Julia Galwey and Alan McDermott out of the frustration that there had to be a better way, the initiative is now providing high quality, pasture-raised veal to top chefs around NZ and Japan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
