Italian type cheese production totalled 415m pounds, 1.0% above June 2014 but 2.6% below May 2015.
American type cheese production totalled 383m pounds, 3.6% above June 2014 but 4.5% below May 2015.
Butter production was 143m pounds, 1.7% above June 2014 but 15.9% below May 2015.

- Nonfat dry milk, human – 164m pounds, up 10.6%.
- Skim milk powders – 34.7m pounds, down 34.6%.
Whey products (comparisons with June 2014)
- Dry whey, total – 80.7m pounds, up 1.7%.
- Lactose, human and animal – 90.7m pounds, down 11.8%.
- Whey protein concentrate, total – 38.6m pounds, down 11.6%.
Frozen products (comparisons with June 2014)
- Ice cream, regular (hard) – 70.5m gallons, down 4.6%.
- Ice cream, lowfat (total) – 47.3m gallons, up 10.9%.
- Sherbet (hard) – 3.79m gallons, down 9.4%.
- Frozen yoghurt (total) – 6.82m gallons, up 9.0%.
