Alliance Group is seeking nominations to fill two board positions.
Candidates can register their interest from Tuesday, October 3.
Pat McEvedy and Dawn Sangster will retire by rotation, with McEvedy seeking re-election. Sangster is retiring from the board and will not stand again.
Nominations must be made on the official form, which can be obtained from the Returning Officer:

Each nomination form must be signed by the nominee. Nominations must be received by the Returning Officer by 3pm on Wednesday, October 25.

The election result will be announced at Alliance Group Limited’s annual meeting of shareholders in Alexandra on Friday, December 15.
