The Fencing Contractors Association has appointed Jaime Bigwood executive director.
The association’s current part-time marketing and communications manager, Bigwood was one of five applicants interviewed for the role.
Fencing Contractors Association New Zealand (FCANZ) president Phil Cornelius said Bigwood has knowledge and experience not only in marketing and communications, but also in strategic planning and execution.
She will be responsible for implementing and delivering the FCANZ Strategic Plan and continuing to manage the association’s marketing activities to raise awareness of fencing as a career and professional trade.
Established in 2006, FCANZ aims to raise the profile and standards of the fencing industry, ensuring it is the first port of call for those seeking a fencing contractor.
